We have been closely following the continued violations against press freedom and the pursuit of honest journalists for no crime but their vigilance exposing the failure of the regime to tackle corruption and corrupted, and their struggle for the benefits of citizenship under the Constitution which guarantees them the right to express .

UDLP Leadership visits Agras Al hurya
A delegation of the leadership of the United Democratic Liberal Party, led by Mr. Alsir Alnaguib, vice-chairman of the political Council of UDLP and Mr Ahmed Khater Vice-Chairman of the Executive Committee and Information Officer and Mr. Abu Huraira Abdel Rahman, member of Political Council has visited on Wednesday 12-11-2008 the headquarters of Agras al Hriya Newspaper “The Bells of Freedom” in Khartoum.
The visit has been paid in order to express solidarity with “Agras al Hriya” against the limitations and harassments it suffer currently from the Regime’s Security Apparatus
The delegation has been welcomed by Mr. Faiz Alsiliek, deputy chief editor, who thanked the Party delegation on the visit and the position of solidarity. He also stressed that they were most concerned - at the moment- about support and solidarity with them by political forces, media and public opinion .
